Client Transfer Bonus

If a client voluntarily chooses to receive services through Able Mind & Body Home Care, eligible caregivers may receive:

• $350 per active transitioned case

• Paid after the first completed billing cycle

 

All transitions are handled ethically and in compliance with Pennsylvania waiver guidelines.

Loyalty Bonuses

We reward long-term caregiver-client transfer relationships:

• $350 after 1 year

• $500 after 2 years

• $600+ for each year beyond 2
