Transfer Bonuses:

$300 Transfer Bonus
Earn $300 for each successful case transferred to AMB Home Care.

1st Year Annual Bonus: $300
Receive an additional $300 for every referral who remains with AMB Home Care for the first year.

2nd Year Annual Bonus: $450
Enjoy a $450 bonus for referrals who continue their care with AMB Home Care into the second year.

3rd Year and Beyond Annual Bonus: $525
For long-term partnerships, receive a $525 annual bonus for each referral beyond the third year.

Caregiver to Caregiver Referral

We value and appreciate our caregivers, especially when they refer their friends to our agency family. Active caregivers can earn incentives when they refer their friends to work with us. Refer a friend, relative, classmate, or previous co-worker and earn a bonus!*

Earn an initial payment after they are actively employed for 3 months!
Earn another payment after they are actively employed for 6 months!

It's that easy! Make sure they mention your name when they fill out the online application or come in to the interview so that you get credit!

*New caregiver must be in good standing by the 3rd & 6th month of employment

Caregiver to Client Referral

As a caregiver, you may come into contact with individuals who could benefit from our unique services. We appreciate all referrals that our caregivers make to our agency family and will provide each caregiver an incentive for their referral based on the following criteria:

Must be a current caregiver, in good standing.
Name and phone number or valid contact information must be provided.
The potential client must specifically name the caregiver who referred them.
If the new client bills 10-12 hours/week, a referral bonus will be awarded!
If the new client bills 13-39 hours/week, a referral bonus will be awarded!
If the new client bills 40+ hours/week, a referral bonus will be awarded!

~ Special Signing Bonus for those New Caregivers switching with clients to our agency!

*The referral bonus is only paid after the first billing cycle is completed to verify the number of authorized hours.*
